it’s a Danish tradition to celebrate the countdown to Christmas with a “kalenderlys” - Christmas calendar candle with numbers 1 though 24 that burns down a little bit each day.

the beeswax candle is hand-made here in Denmark and do not contain neither pesticides or antibiotics, and the number strip do not contain heavy metals or solvents which means that no toxins will be released during the burning of the candle.
